Deadlines and Pricing:  Early registration deadline is April 1.  Bike entry fees are $25 per 8x10 space until April 1.  After April 1, the bike entry fee is $30 per 8x10 space.  Electricity is extra.  Information is included in the registration form.

Vendor fee is $100 per 8x10 space.  Electricity is extra.  If you need to rent tables and chairs or need an Internet connection, contact the Alerus Center directly for pricing.  Information is included in the registration form.

Motorcycle Set-Up Time:  5 pm to 10 pm Friday, April 13th at the Alerus Center Ballroom.  No late arrivals or early morning setup permitted.

Admission Cost:  Admission to the motorcycle show is just $5.00.  Children ages 10 and younger admitted free with a paying adult.

Show Times:  9 am to 7 pm Saturday, and 9 am to 4 pm Sunday.

LIVE ENTERTAINMENT AND LIVE AUCTION!

Live auction Sunday afternoon will benefit the IMPACT program.   IMPACT (International Movement Promoting Assault Contravention Training) is a highly specialized self-defense program that teaches you to successfully knock out an assailant of any size. The course is offered to all women 18 and older.  The program is offered through the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) at the University of North Dakota.

The Alerus Center is conveniently located next to the Canad Inn Grand Forks Destination Center.  The hotel features a water park, tavern and restaurants.  It's a great place to kick back after the show.  A block of rooms has been set aside for the RRVM show.  If you wish to reserve a room, call the Canad Inn at 1-888-332-2623 and ask for the RRVM Motorcyclists room block.  The room block rate per night is $149 plus tax.  The room block will be released March 13th, so book your room today!

MOTORCYCLE SHOW TOY DRIVE 

THANK YOU to all who donated new teddy bears at the motorcycle show for the Bear Hugs Program.  The teddy bears are collected in memory of Cannon Bear Hebl, (visit Cannon's Facebook page) and RRVM member Roger Ready, who passed away in the summer of 2009.  Roger was an active member of the Christian Motorcyclists Association Resurrection Riders #436 of Grand Forks, ND, and a strong supporter of our annual motorcycle show. 

Bears Hugs provides comfort to families with seriously ill children.
